The Corporate Development Program Continues with RiskManagement Training

Ones Technology has added another training session to its “Corporate Development Program.” During
the training held in February, division managers from various departments of Ones Technology
successfully completed their risk management training. Conducted by expert trainers, the training took
place over three days at the Ones Technology R&D Center. Following the training, employees who
successfully passed the assessment exam were awarded certificates of achievement.

Why Risk Management Training is Important?

Risk analysis and assessment is a process of identifying, examining, evaluating, and controlling potential
hazards and risks for an organization or project. Through this method, organizations gain the capability
to proactively identify potential risks and measure their potential impacts.

Following the training, Ones Technology division managers gained awareness and competency in risk
mitigation strategies. The training aimed to streamline procedures and make risk management
comprehensive and meaningful. All participants successfully passed the assessment exam, earning them
the Risk Management Achievement Certificate.
