Ones Technology, producing biometric and software-based security solutions, is registered as an organization building a high trust culture and deserved the certificate as a result of an independent and comprehensive investigation carried out by The Institute of Great Place to Work.

5 dimensions in the Great Place to Work model including reliability, respect, justice, pride, and team spirit were evaluated in the investigation.

According to the results of the evaluation, 97% of Ones Technology employees defined Ones Technology as a “Great Place to Work”.
