Ones Academy Trainings Continue Without Slowing Down

At Ones Technology®, events aimed at employees’ personal development continue without slowing down. Another new training activity has been added to the ongoing Continuous Development Program carried out under Ones Academy. One of the activities conducted by trainers certified by international organizations at Ones Academy® was the “Communication Appointment” event organized by the Dönüşüm Anka training institution. In this event, which Ones Technology® employees attended voluntarily, the concept of communication—forming the foundation of the corporate culture—was revisited. Through training sessions based on scientific methods, the aim is to enhance such competencies as proactive approaches, effective communication, empathy, time management, a solution-oriented mindset, stress management, and organized goal-oriented behavior.

Launched as part of Ones Technology®’s future projection, Ones Academy® not only meets employees’ knowledge and experience needs through various training programs, but also responds to both customer and dealer requests for education on the BioAffix ecosystem. At the same time, Ones Academy continues its efforts in developing corporate culture, as well as improving employee satisfaction and personal growth.
