Ones Technology® showcased its solutions that will bring a new dimension to the smart city concept at the Smart City Expo World 2024 event held in Barcelona. The solutions offered under the BioAffix® brand stand out with patented technologies that shape global competition in GDPR-compliant, biometric-based access and authorization.
Participating from Turkey in the Smart City Expo held in Barcelona, Ones Technology made a strong impact in Europe with its forward-looking vision. The event, where the company connected with both potential customers and major firms in the industry, was highly productive for the participants.
Güçlühan Kuzyaka, Member of the Board at Ones Technology, expressed satisfaction with the intense interest shown in the solutions offered under the BioAffix brand. Kuzyaka said, “We have successfully completed another international fair. There was particularly strong interest in our BioAffix Gate Vision and BioAffix Gate Extreme devices. Our 3D facial recognition technology, which can be used in social areas, facilities, public transportation, and similar areas in smart cities, became the focus of visitors not only in Turkey but also in Europe. We are very pleased that our devices, produced within the borders of Turkey and adding value to our country, have received such significant interest in Europe,” and stated that their most important gains at the event were new partnerships and business opportunities.
Kuzyaka also touched upon the digital twin concept discussed at the fair, which offers the opportunity to examine the environmental impacts of processes by creating a digital simulation of the city in projects like construction, installation, and urban planning, especially in residential areas and cities. He stated that the integration of the digital twin concept with biometric technologies presents a significant opportunity. He noted that this digital infrastructure provides a great advantage for conducting environmental impact analyses, especially in urban planning and construction projects, and added: “The integration of our BioAffix WinLogon and BioAffix AppLogon software into infrastructures where such critical data is processed creates a serious opportunity for large-scale projects in Europe,” he said.
Expressing that they have developed solutions compliant with Europe’s security standards, Kuzyaka stated that they are positioned as a significant security provider in the European market with GDPR-compliant authentication systems. He mentioned that the company aims to continue its fair success in upcoming events and to develop partnerships.
Kuzyaka’s statements indicate that the company is taking strong steps to increase its impact in Europe, while highlighting that the Smart City Expo has provided significant momentum in this direction.
