The quality policy of Ones Technology becoming the sector in the field of “Biometric and Security Solutions” and carrying out R&D activities in this field since its establishment in 2008, is constantly carried out by the Senior Management.

The processes continue according to TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and the development is achieved continuously.

Efforts are made to improve the effectiveness of the standard processes continuously, to meet expectations and needs of the customers in accordance with legal requirements, and to ensure their satisfaction.

Convenience to national and international standards and regulations is considered during our service and management activities.
The satisfaction, loyalty, and motivation of the employees are provided through training programs supporting their development.

The company’s quality and targets are defined, inspected consistently, and controlled through corrective and preventive actions.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

TS EN ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Principles and Policies providing occupational health and safety for all existing and future activities within Ones Technology, are determined by the Senior Management.

Actions for the sustainability and development of the determined principles and policies are also supported by the Senior Management.

It is aimed to carry out all stages of R&D and Production activities in a healthy and safe working environment constantly, and the action has been taken accordingly. In parallel with this purpose, we work with a sense of responsibility towards the formation of healthy employees and labor.

It is acted within the framework of a consciousness which is environment-friendly and regarding occupational health and safety in order to eliminate hazards.

Necessary activities are organized to reduce OHS risks and the participation of employees/employee representatives are expected to attend.
