Since its establishment in 2008, Ones Technology, which has been conducting R&D activities in the field of “Biometric and Security Solutions” and has become a leader in its sector, continuously carries out the determination, sustainability and development of its quality policy under the responsibility of Senior Management.

In this context, it acts in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. Continuous contribution is made to the development of the standard. Thanks to its strong R&D team, IT and production infrastructure, modern technology is constantly monitored.

In order to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level, no compromise is made on quality in services and management activities; care is taken to comply with national and international standards and regulations.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Ones Technology acts in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard in order to ensure occupational health and safety for all existing and future activities. Principles and policies are determined by the Senior Management.

Sustainability and continuous improvement of the determined principles and policies are ensured with the support of the Senior Management.

Our main goal is to realize all stages of R&D and production activities in a healthy and safe working environment. In this direction, we act with the responsibility of creating healthy individuals and a strong workforce.

In order to eliminate hazards, activities are carried out with an understanding that is sensitive to the environment and prioritizes occupational health and safety.

All necessary measures and activities are implemented to reduce occupational health and safety risks and to ensure the participation of employees and employee representatives.

Information Security Policy

Ones Technology is committed to taking all necessary security measures to ensure the security of all products and services it develops, to detect and prevent potential threats to these systems in accordance with its information security policy. It aims to document, certify and continuously improve its entire system to meet the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System Standard. Our company aims to increase the information security awareness of employees, stakeholders and business partners while fully complying with all legal regulations and contracts related to information security.

Ones Technology is aware of the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility risks of all information assets belonging to itself, its customers, suppliers and business partners and manages these risks effectively. It allocates the necessary resources for information security management and ensures that relevant roles and responsibilities are clearly assigned. While working devotedly to create a continuously developing and improving information security infrastructure, it takes care not to allow new risks to occur. It makes regular updates to ensure the security of software and hardware used in products and services and manages integration processes securely.

Ones Technology adopts the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System Standard in its customer satisfaction-oriented approach. Within the framework of this standard, it continuously improves the process of handling customer complaints and evaluates customer requests in the fastest, transparent and objective manner.

Applications are concluded by offering customer-oriented solutions within the framework of company policies, legal and other requirements and organizational, financial and operational commitments.

The security of customers’ personal information is prioritized. This information is used only for the purpose of application within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and is not shared for other purposes.

Notifications, requests and expectations from customers, employees and other relevant parties are integrated into all business processes. It is committed to continuous improvement in all products and services offered to maximize customer satisfaction and meet their needs and expectations.
