Ones Technology Football Club in the Corporate League

Founded in May 2025 to compete in national and international corporate leagues, Ones Technology Football Club is more than just a sports initiative—it is the latest reflection of the company’s dynamic corporate culture and employee-centric approach brought to life on the field.

Comprising a 20-person squad made up entirely of Ones Technology employees, the club is preparing to compete in the CCL Cup, one of the most prestigious intercompany tournaments. Just as in the business world, the team is determined to make a name for itself on the pitch.

As Ones Technology FC secures its place in the corporate league, the team continues its training sessions under the guidance of an experienced technical staff. The club’s preparation for the league is being led by Cengizhan Zengin, a nationally licensed athlete and educator.

Production Unit Manager Kürşat Kaplan, who also serves as the team captain, emphasized their disciplined and sustainable training approach, stating:

“We initially developed a 24-week training program. However, we don’t see this solely as a seasonal effort—it’s a long-term commitment to performance and team solidarity. Just like in every aspect of Ones Technology’s corporate culture, our teammates show great dedication in football as well. We firmly believe that we’ll achieve significant success in the intercompany league.”

The team’s athletic development is entrusted to a true expert in the field. In addition to being a physical education teacher, Cengizhan Zengin is part of the Turkish National Team’s scouting team under the Turkish Football Federation. He holds a UEFA C license and various certifications in match and player analysis, as well as athletic performance coaching.

Zengin highlights that they carry out an intensive training program twice a week, focusing on the fundamentals of football, exercise techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits. He underscores their unwavering determination to elevate Ones Technology FC to the top tier of the Corporate League.

Ones Technology’s first-place ranking in the Great Place to Work 2025 awards is a clear indication that these achievements are no coincidence. The company’s focus on trust, flexibility, and engagement—especially among younger generations—also earned it a top-three position in the GPTW for Young Millennials evaluation.

What is the CCL Cup?

Held under the supervision of referees certified by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), the CCL Cup is a highly competitive tournament featuring teams from some of Turkey’s leading corporate companies. Organized twice a year (March and October) by Sportfest, the tournament is more than just a sports competition—it is a platform that celebrates corporate solidarity, team spirit, and a culture of healthy living.

The winning team earns the right to represent Turkey in an international championship, making the CCL Cup one of the most prestigious events in the corporate sports calendar.
