Explicit Consent Statement

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Employee Privacy Notice presented to me by Ones Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) and that I freely give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes set out below.

I consent to the processing, recording and storage of my personal data—including, but not limited to, identity, contact, personnel, education, professional-experience, health, visual/audio, digital-log and biometric data, all of which may be deemed special-category personal data—for the following purposes:

• Preparation of mandatory reports required by our R&D Centre status authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Technology;
• Ensuring physical-area security and fulfilling obligations arising from our NATO Facility Security and National Facility Security Certificates;
• Collection and use—solely for research and development purposes—of biometric data within the scope of my participation in product-development, system-testing and quality-control activities relating to the Company’s biometric identity-verification technologies.

I also consent to the transfer of said data only to the extent necessary for the above-mentioned obligations, and solely to:

• duly authorised public authorities and certification bodies, and
• technical service providers where required for technical necessities.

Biometric data gathered for R&D activities will not be disclosed to third parties; they will be used exclusively within the Company’s internal research and development processes.

I understand that this consent does not prevent me from exercising my rights as a data subject under the KVKK, and that I may withdraw my consent at any time.
