Customer Explicit Consent Form

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the Customer Privacy Notice provided by Ones Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) and that I freely give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data as specified below.

Accordingly, I consent to the processing, recording, storage and—where necessary—sharing of my personal data, including but not limited to identity, contact, transaction-security, financial, transaction-history, location and corporate-contact information, for the following purposes:

• Provision of products and services and performance of after-sales support
• Conduct of customer-relationship processes and assurance of customer satisfaction
• Execution of communication, information and operational activities
• Fulfilment of the Company’s legal obligations
• Disclosure, to the extent required, to authorised public bodies and to domestic business partners, suppliers and service providers

Bu kapsamda;

kimlik, iletişim, işlem güvenliği, finansal bilgi, işlem geçmişi, lokasyon ve kurumsal iletişim bilgilerim dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere kişisel verilerimin;

• Ürün ve hizmetlerin sağlanması ve satış sonrası destek hizmetlerinin yürütülmesi,
• Müşteri ilişkileri süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve müşteri memnuniyetinin sağlanması,
• İletişim, bilgilendirme ve operasyonel faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi,
• Şirketin yasal yükümlülüklerinin yerine getirilmesi,
• Yetkili kamu kurumları ve yurt içindeki iş ortakları, tedarikçiler ve hizmet sağlayıcılarla gerekli ölçüde paylaşılması,

I understand that this consent does not prevent me from exercising my rights as a data subject under the KVKK and that I may withdraw my consent at any time.
